Terms of service
These terms cover your use of claudewatermarkremover.pro (the "Service"), operated by Mihci AI Studios LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we"). By using the Service you agree to them.
1. What the Service does
The Service finds and removes hidden Unicode characters in text you paste, in your browser and free of charge. For signed-in users it also rewrites text through a rewriting engine that we operate. We do not promise any particular result from any third-party detector or watermark checker, and none of them is available to us to test against.
2. Accounts
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account; do not share codes.
3. Plans, billing and renewal
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions in US dollars, billed in advance. Payment is handled by Stripe, which acts as seller of record for your purchase and collects tax where it applies. A plan renews automatically each month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Account, then Manage billing; you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. Unused words do not carry over to the next period.

5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, to deceive anyone in a way that harms them, to infringe someone else's rights, or to attack or overload the Service. You are responsible for following the rules that apply to you, including any policy of your school, employer or publisher on the use and disclosure of AI. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
6. Your content
You keep all rights to text you submit and to the output. You give us permission to process it only to provide the Service. Rewritten text is held for up to 24 hours so you can retrieve it, then deleted.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
8. Export and sanctions
You may not use the Service if you are located in, or are a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive US sanctions, or if you are on a US restricted-party list.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply.
